Every Johns Creek where-to-eat list in one place: wings, pizza, Mexican, barbecue, breakfast, burgers, sushi and Asian, desserts, bakeries and patios.

Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Most Johns Creek restaurants sit in shopping centers along the city’s main roads. The biggest cluster runs up Medlock Bridge Road, from Medlock Crossing north to McGinnis Ferry Road. Others line State Bridge Road and Jones Bridge Road where they meet, Old Alabama Road near Haynes Bridge Road, and Abbotts Bridge Road around H Mart. Medley, the new district at Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road, opens Oct. 29; its restaurants will join these lists once they are open and post their hours.

How we made these lists. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Johns Creek’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added places from the Georgia Department of Public Health inspection database and Medlock Crossing’s tenant list. We kept a place only where its own site gave a Johns Creek address, or, for places with no website or a site that would not load for us, where a 2026 state inspection record shows it operating. Many Johns Creek addresses carry an Alpharetta, Duluth or Suwanee mailing city; we checked each one against the city boundary. Every list is alphabetical. None is a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on any of them. Run a restaurant? Write to us to correct or add your entry.
