Hen Mother Cookhouse

11705 Jones Bridge Road, Suite B201. 770-417-8404. A breakfast and lunch cookhouse with separate weekday and weekend menus. It is closed Monday, open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Know before you go, from the restaurant’s own house rules:

Seating is first come, first served, and only complete parties are seated.
Parties of five or more have a 20% gratuity added and may split checks only evenly.
Guests are asked to keep dine-in visits to about 60 minutes.
Takeout orders are paid by phone and carry a 15% gratuity.

Stone’s Cuisine and Cocktails

3719 Old Alabama Road, #200. 770-557-0033. A chef-driven restaurant near Newtown Park that says it serves brunch every Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. Regular hours are 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 4 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday; it is closed Monday. Toastique

3005 Old Alabama Road, Suite 160. 470-294-2961. An all-day cafe that opened in June 2026, serving gourmet toasts, cold-pressed juices, smoothie bowls and espresso drinks. Coming soon: Medley

Medley, the new district at Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road, opens Oct. 29. Its lineup includes cafes and bakeries such as The Nest, Five Daughters Bakery and Summit Coffee, along with restaurants including Tabla, Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill and CRÚ Food & Wine Bar (Medley FAQ).
