Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Dessert shops in Johns Creek sit mostly on the west side, around Old Alabama Road and Haynes Bridge Road, where Bruster’s, Duck Donuts and a Jeremiah’s Italian Ice are. On the east side, Cold Stone Creamery is at Medlock Crossing and Rose Valley Sweets is on Medlock Bridge Parkway, with Melt n Dip on Jones Bridge Road and a second Jeremiah’s on Abbotts Bridge Road.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Johns Creek’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added places we found in the Georgia Department of Public Health inspection database and in Medlock Crossing’s own tenant list, and kept them only where the place’s own site gave a Johns Creek address. We left out a rolled ice cream shop whose listings say it has moved. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Cold Stone Creamery is in Medlock Crossing, the shopping center with the Regal movie theater, and appears on the center’s own tenant list. Its online ordering page takes orders for ice cream, ice cream cakes, cupcakes and pies. It does not post store hours, so call or check the ordering page before you go.

The chain serves Italian ice, soft ice cream and gelati, and both shops keep the same daily hours. The Abbotts Bridge Road shop is listed on the chain’s site as “Alpharetta,” the mailing city for that part of Johns Creek.

Melt n Dip serves Belgian chocolate desserts, waffles, crepes, pancakes, ice cream and milkshakes, for dine-in, pickup or delivery. It is the latest-open dessert shop on this list, until 2 a.m. on weekends.

Rose Valley Sweets is a Persian bakery and coffee shop. It serves Persian pastries and floral ice cream, and its high tea menu of pastries and small savory dishes is offered for showers, birthdays and other gatherings. Drinks use rose water, saffron, pistachio and cardamom.
